Christmas Cookie Box Recipe Series
Every year growing up, my siblings and I would make these delicious Oreo truffles. It’s honestly one of the EASIEST dessert recipes you’ll ever make, but the result is something absolutely incredible. Use gluten-free Oreos to make these gluten-free.
Oreo Truffles
36 gluten-free regular gluten-free Oreos (not double-stuff; use the gluten-free mint Oreos to mix it up!)
8oz cream cheese
White, dark, or milk chocolate, or dipping and drizzling
First, add all of your Oreos to a food processor. Blitz them up until they’re a fine crumb, then add your cream cheese and continue processing until combined. Roll out into desired size balls, then place in the freezer on a plate or pan to firm up for about 15 minutes.
Melt white, dark, or milk chocolate (or do a mix!). Take your Oreo balls out of the freezer, then dip them into the chocolate to coat. Use a fork to allow the excess chocolate to drip off and transfer them to a parchment lined pan. Top with sprinkles if desired, then place in the fridge to firm up!
Once chocolate is hardened, dig in!!! Enjoy <3
